About Me

Hi, my name is Eleanor and I've been quilting for about 7-8 years now.  I started when I lift uni right in the middle of an economic slump and was unable to find work.  It honestly kept me sane!  I love quilting - choosing fabrics, patterns, ways to quilt.  I would categorise myself as modern-ish.  I don't - can't! - do improv as I love my points matching, and I'm not great at assymetrical either.  I do love old patterns done in bright and in modern fabrics.  I have a huge stash, much bought when I started and isn't really modern in feel, so I'm trying to use it up and keep on going!
